I'm Travis Ivey. I spent 20 years in EMS leadership and wrote the things nobody wanted to say out loud. After the Sirens is that book. DRIFT is the system I built because I watched good people disappear slowly and nobody caught it in time. This is what I built from what broke me.
Who We Are
Between the Tones was born from 20 years inside emergency services — the calls, the weight, and everything that happens after the sirens stop. Founded by Travis Ivey, a paramedic, author, and craftsman from Belmont, NC, this brand exists for the moments most people never talk about.
The woodworking arm — 37 Woodworks — grew from the same place. The name comes from 10-37, the code that asks "Are you okay?" It's a question most of us in emergency services answer with "yes" even when we're not. Through craft, storytelling, and real leadership training, we remind people it's okay not to be okay.

We exist for the first responder who has never said out loud what the job actually costs.
